New options for styling fonts in Google Forms

Data Loss Prevention for Drive helps protect sensitive data when users upload files to external Google Forms

  We introduced a test program in April that enables users to answer to inquiries on external forms that request users to submit files while also assisting in preventing the leakage of private and sensitive data. The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Drive policies now in effect for your domain will be applied to any files that users upload to Google Forms using this functionality, which is now broadly accessible. This will be done without the need to add any new rules or modify any already existing ones. Admins   - Files submitted to file upload questions in Google Forms outside of your domain will be subject to the DLP for Drive rules set up for your domain. - In the Admin panel, go to Security > Data protection and add DLP rules at the domain, OU, or group level if you are not using DLP for Drive. Improved email notifications for Google Calendar invites

  Google is refreshing the layout of emails sent by Google Calendar. By making key event details more accessible and useful, this update enables you to quickly find and act on an event’s most important information.  In addition, when you receive an email notifying you of a modification to an event, such as a time or location change, it will display both the old and updated information.  Rapid Release domains: Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on June 13, 2022   Scheduled Release domains: Full rollout (1–3 days for feature visibility) starting on June 27, 2022   Available to all Google Workspace customers, as well as legacy G Suite Basic and Business customers
